The Role:
As Manager, People & Culture, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR landscape, driving continuous improvement to align with our strategic goals and ensure compliance. Your responsibilities will span the entire HR spectrum, from developing and implementing strategies to nurturing a positive organisational culture. This includes revising policies, enhancing processes, and championing initiatives to attract, engage, and retain top talent while fostering high performance across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise your extensive HR expertise to manage all aspects of HR, including industrial relations, workforce planning, employee relations, diversity, risk management, and strategic HR planning.
- Showcase your leadership prowess by effectively managing teams, fostering collaboration, and nurturing talent.
- Spearhead the development and implementation of a comprehensive talent management system, encompassing policies, processes, and procedures.
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to performance management, and drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Lead various HR projects and initiatives aligned with our growth trajectory and strategic objectives.

- Highly developed written and organisational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritise competing tasks, meet deadlines and lead teams under pressure.
- Passion, vision, and an eye for detail with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent skills with Microsoft office packages (excel, word, outlook, power point).
