What you’ll do
We are looking for a Manager – Planning to join our team in Perth.
The role responsibilities include:
Chess boarding of existing resources; assigning to and coming off projects.
Interview and engagement of new hires to support business needs.
Pay and performance review process along with resolution of performance management issues with the People Group.
Management of people issues including grievance and disputes.
Talent Development of the team while ensuring appropriate skill level exists across the department to service the needs of the business.
Participate in and ensure projects are started correctly, in accordance with Worley procedures and systems.
Periodic review and audit of ongoing projects in accordance with Worley procedures and systems while- also assisting projects from technical perspective with PC tools.
Responsible for Engagement, Growth & Planning for use of Regional and GID resources and liaise with operational managers and projects as needed.
Setup of projects and progressing in a consistent Worley way to meet delivery expectations.
Support projects with appropriate resources assigned for delivery and manage performance and support planners with project delivery.
What you’ll have
Experience and excellent/SME level technical skills relating to Project Controls and project delivery.
Able to work effectively with stakeholder to improve specific PC objectives on variety of execution models and scopes.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including the ability to convey information and ideas to others and make presentations when required.
Ability to work with multiple interfaces and stakeholders while possessing high level problem solving and influencing skills.
Proficiency in a range of MS Office 365 platforms and in overall project delivery reporting.
Tertiary qualified or suitable equivalent.
