About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Financial Control, the Procurement Manager will be responsible for overseeing the procurement function for the Minderoo Foundation including supplier selection, contract compliance, reporting, performance, and risk management. This role requires ongoing collaboration with senior stakeholders from all focus areas and enabling functions. Including leading a small team.
Qualifications
About You
To be successful you will develop and implement efficient and effective procurement processes (including systems), act as subject matter expert and provide organisation wide support on procurement related queries and matters.

• Ownership of procurement framework including but not limited to procurement guidelines, supplier onboarding, contract compliance and purchase order processes.
• Establish and implement effective due diligence requirements, including ESG requirements.
• Ongoing collaboration with key internal teams including Focus Areas, partnerships, ESG, Finance and Legal
• Identify, assess and address modern slavery risks in procurement activities and respond as necessary.
• Provide data analytics and dashboards to Executive Leadership Team on procurement activity, as required.
• Establish appropriate and reasonable procurement targets for various types of spend, including ESG targets such as indigenous providers and women led organisations.
• Develop a mechanism to monitor and report the performance of significant suppliers and maintain a preferred supplier panel for key procurement items.
• Lead supplier and partner performance reviews including implementation of formal 360 feedback, supplier scorecards and KPI’s.
