Responsibilities include:
- Conducting in-depth financial analyses and feasibility studies for new ventures, encompassing cost-benefit analysis, risk evaluation, and ROI computations.
- Crafting, administering, and overseeing project budgets, forecasts, and cash flows to ensure financial targets are achieved.
- Vigilantly monitoring and reporting in compliance with financial legislations and corporate policies, whilst ensuring financial records are precise and promptly updated.
- Assisting the senior management team with strategic financial planning and decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification is highly favoured.
- A minimum of 3 years in a project accounting role within the property development sector, now ready to step up into a managerial position.
- Exceptional analytical prowess and meticulous attention to detail, with a knack for interpreting financial data and drawing meaningful insights.
