The opportunity
In this role you will lead a small team in the provision of strategic communications and engagement advice and approaches for multiple health infrastructure projects in Western Sydney.
Working on unique and high-profile projects in the Westmead Health Precinct, as well as the new Rouse Hill Hospital, you will develop and implement strategies and activities to ensure communities and stakeholders are engaged and have input at appropriate stages of project planning and delivery.
This includes advising project teams on emerging project-specific opportunities, risks and issues, and effective strategies to manage stakeholder relationships and project reputation.
You are a strategic and flexible team player with a strong customer and solutions focus with a proven track record in designing and delivering community engagement for complex, high profile infrastructure projects. You are skilled in guiding direct reports to encourage collaboration, best practice and high-quality outcomes.
This is a fulltime role for a period of two years, with possibility of extension and is based at the St Leonards, Westmead and Rouse Hill offices.
