In this role, you'll:
Enjoy a hands-on functional testing role and leading a small team focused on a critical program of work related to our Workforce Management platform. You will ensure testing aligns with program guidance and best practice test governance.
Bring your maturity, business savvy and people management skills to an important program of work that will play a pivotal role in shaping a transformative digital technology landscape for Transport for NSW and the travelling public of NSW.
Lead key communications with internal and external stakeholders.
Fixed Term Full-Time role until March 2026 | Hybrid flexible working - Team works from Burwood office every Thursday and collaborates in person based on project needs.

About you
You have hands-on skills and experience formed across functional testing for large program(s) of work as well as experience leading a team involved in the whole cycles of testing – following and implementing a test strategy through to successful deployment within an Agile environment.
You’re recognised as a motivated team player looking for a role offering meaningful, impactful and high profile work within an organisation.
You have strong analytical ability, integration and problem-solving skills with the ability to meet deadlines while balancing competing priorities.
This is a role that will see you working with an external Vendor for non-functional testing as well as a vast number of internal stakeholders including senior manager to deliver outcomes.
