About the Role:
As a UAT Lead, you'll be responsible for spearheading the development and execution of User Acceptance Test Plans. Unlike traditional managerial positions, this role is hands-on, with a primary focus on business testing alongside technical aspects. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to refine testing strategies and ensure the highest quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage User Acceptance Test Plans tailored to our client's warehouse management systems and automation technologies.
- Coordinate testing activities with business stakeholders and test analysts, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Lead defect management processes, from recording to closure, to maintain the integrity of testing outcomes.
- Create and implement quality testing strategies, plans, and reports to uphold project excellence.
- Foster collaboration across teams to streamline UAT processes and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in Warehouse Management Systems/Logistics is a must.
- Strong background in developing UAT frameworks and coaching business test analysts.
- Proficiency in testing methodologies, including system, regression, integration, and UAT.
- Excellent understanding of testing benchmarking and metrics.
- Ability to influence change strategically and align with business objectives.
