Your new role As an already accomplished 360' recruiter in the market, your expertise, professionalism and exceptional communication skills will ensure you provide the best service in the market and become a go to industry expert. Working as a Manager at Hays gives you the opportunity to manage not only your own client portfolio, but also impact success and growth across the entire business using your exceptional leadership, development skills and experience.
You'll demonstrate the confidence to work strategically to further develop your client base, utilising an established and ambitious sales plan, incorporating your current network of owners, General Managers and Senior Sales leaders across the industry. You'll be a natural relationship builder, with a passion for building long-standing relationships with clients and candidates alike, and already be a valued and trusted advisor to the industry. In addition to delivering exceptional personal results, you will also be skilled at developing others to reach their potential and have a genuine passion for accelerating careers through coaching, training and mentorship.
What you'll need to succeed To be successful, you'll be able to demonstrate exceptional relationship management qualities and be passionate about connecting organisations and individuals in order to grow careers and businesses alike. You will be able to demonstrate exceptional business development, relationship management and mentoring qualities.
Your previous recruitment experience will be working in a client-facing role, and you'll already have strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and a genuine ability to build business. You'll already be a highly networked expert in your sector and have strong industry relationships, already representing your team or business with industry / professional bodies and initiating and executing client and industry events effectively. You'll also be able to demonstrate your success in managing and developing others to reach their potential and your genuine passion for accelerating careers.
