About the team
The Practice Management Group consists of Operations, Information Technology (IT), Finance, Administration, People Experience and Client Experience.
The focus of the IT Services team is to ensure that all employees have the necessary ICT equipment, infrastructure and support to operate efficiently, while enabling automation and innovation.
As the Change Manager, you will report to the Chief Information Officer.
About the role
The Change Manager is a strategic role, with a focus on firm wide projects and initiatives. To ensure that all employees are prepared, supported and equipped to adopt and use transformational systems and technology that deliver the required future state.
The shift to the desired state is undertaken within the strategic context of Pitcher Partners purpose and values. To focus on our Employee Value Proposition guides the planning, activities and engagement associated with all change management activities.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with the delivery and review of Change Strategies.
- Consider the key people-based metrics of success.
- Identify the key risks and mitigations from a change perspective.
- Detailed change plans including communication; training; leaders support; resistance activations; working groups and key document updates.
- Assess the change readiness of the Firm to deliver the change.
- Consideration of Portfolio of Change Management Activity.
Who we’re after

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related discipline with experience in Change Management (transformational).
- Effective influencer and communicator to drive the change.
- Team player, working in a consultive and collaborative approach.
