Job Context:
We're seeking a Manager for our Registered Migration Agent team who possesses strong leadership and in-depth knowledge of migration laws, rules, and visa regulations. This role requires guiding the team through the complexities of immigration processes while ensuring compliance and delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and direction to the team of Registered Migration Agents and migration admins.
- Oversee performance, productivity, and development of the team and achieve team targets.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes.
- Actively manage and develop client relationships, including face-to-face, phone, and email interactions.
- Provide timely and accurate advice regarding visa options and immigration issues.
- Assist clients with immigration compliance.
- Support international students and provide immigration assistance.
- Liaise with clients and applicants to prepare visa applications.
- Prepare Skills Assessments, Sponsorship, Nomination, and Visa applications.
- Manage caseload efficiently and collaborate with other Migration agents within the team.
- Represent PFEC Global and engage in social media presence for migration policy updates.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold a minimum bachelor's degree in any field.
- Possess a minimum of five years of experience in team management.
- Must be a Registered Migration Agent with professional certification from the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA).
- Preferred experience in visa subclasses 482, 485, 500, 685, 186, SBS, 407, 189, 190, 491, 494, CMT, Partner Visa, and AAT.
- The ability to communicate in any South Asian Language will be considered an added advantage.
Remuneration & Benefits:
- Salary Range: 120K-150K
- Attractive Salary and Significant Incentive Package based on KPI & Targets.
