Summary:
Our client, Roof Revival, located in Reynella, SA, is seeking to add a dynamic, experienced Sales and Marketing Manager in a permanent, full-time role. It will be your responsibility to drive their business to new and greater heights. You will be responsible for not only delivering significant sales growth, but developing strategic partnerships, and expanding their market presence. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills to manage and motivate a sales team. You will have a proven track record in sales leadership, with at least 5 years of senior Sales and Marketing experience within the home development and construction sectors. Roof Revival are small, committed team that prides itself on delivering exceptional results, they are setting the standards on customer satisfaction and quality workmanship. The typical job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
• Plan and direct Sales and Marketing activities.
• Set overall direction and objectives for sales.
• Allocate resources to achieve Sales and Marketing goals.
• Monitor and evaluate performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Co-ordinate sales team activities to achieve revenue targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximise customer loyalty.
• Promote goods and services to expand market reach.
• Create and reinforce brand image and loyalty.
• Build and maintain the organisation's reputation with customers.
• Generate increased consumption of services through strategic marketing.
Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for the role:
• Proven success in past projects.
• Evidence to show an ability to plan and deliver significant increase of sales turnover.
• At least 5 years of Sales and Marketing experience in the construction and home development arena as the most senior sales executive within the business.
• In depth experience in complex project negotiations, roadmap creation, Idea generation and people management.
• Strong track record of directing sales strategies and achieving targets.
• Ability to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns.
• Exceptional leadership skills to manage and motivate a sales team.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• A proven ability foster business development and establish robust supplier relationships.
