We are looking for a Mechanical Workshop Foreman/Manager to join our site in Dandenong South. Working alongside a team of experts, you will have an opportunity to lead our staff to ensure that projects are completed on time.
Day to day you will be:
- Managing a small team (three trailer mechanics and one refrigeration mechanic) and assigning work to be completed
- Working to tight deadlines in both a team and autonomously
- Using your problem-solving skills to solve any issues that arise
- Liaising with the customers to ensure that all work is complete to their expectations
- Using your attention to detail to ensure your work is of good quality
- Assisting in trailer servicing

- Trailer Mechanical trade certificate
- Experience in a fleet workshop
- Experience managing a team
- Experience working with customers to book in work
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
