About the role
This position will drive innovation and service solutions aligned with key strategic objectives. Working with our leadership team across planning, project management, end-to-end Service Development and management, the position will measure success through performance monitoring and reporting.
About you
You’ll be a strong people leader with sound project development and implementation experience. With extensive knowledge of the aged care sector, challenges, and opportunities you’ll bring drive, energy and boundless enthusiasm. Your key experience will include:
- Demonstrated service excellence and continuous improvement
- Proven experience in leadership (ideal), engagement and collaboration
- Knowledge of the aged care quality standards and sector
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Change management and influencing with a solution focused mindset
- Demonstrated ability to deliver multiple outputs to timeframes
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and as part of a team.
- Excellent analytical, review and reporting skills
- COVID and Influenza vaccinations are preferred but not required
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
