We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategy Manager to join us in steering the implementation of our visionary Strategic Plan. As the Strategy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert guidance and consultancy throughout the strategic lifecycle, from development to evaluation and reporting. Your insights and leadership will drive our schools and offices towards realising our collective goals and aspirations.
About the role:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and finalise the 2025-2027 Strategic Plan.
- Provide expert advice on strategy development, design, and implementation.
- Evaluate progress against strategic objectives and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior leadership.
- Manage a small team of professionals
