This dynamic organisation is one of WA’s largest providers and delivers services throughout the Perth metropolitan area.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will play a key role in assisting and building the capacity of operational staff across a specific geographic area to ensure that services are delivered effectively and efficiently. The role will provide direct, practical support, guidance and decision making to staff who are responsible for delivering contemporary disability services at a time of staff transition, quality improvement and service review.
Job Requirements:
To be successful in this role you should possess the following skills and experience:
- Demonstrated experience in delivering contemporary disability services
- Experience in supporting, developing and leading teams
- Ability to operate with a high level of independence and autonomy
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Computer literacy with skills in MS Word and Excel, databases and client management software (CM3 desirable)
