ResponsibilitiesThis is a critical role in providing high quality accounting support and analytical input to the Property Managers.
You'll be responsible for review of monthly management reports, P&L analysis and provision of commentary on variances, in order to deliver effective decision support to your business stakeholders.
You will also handle onboarding & integration of newly acquired asset, as well as budgeting and forecasting. Whilst you'll be required to deliver ad hoc reporting and analysis when required and be heavily involved in projects and process improvement initiatives.

About you
- CA/CPA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or close to completion
- Experience from within the real estate sector - either landlord or agency side
- Strong written and oral communication skills, self-motivated work ethic, and ability to conduct oneself according to the company’s core values
