The Role
An opportunity has become available for a motivated individual to join our small and dynamic team as a Project Support Officer. This roles primary focus is on ensuring the effective and efficient administration and Project Support for the Infrastructure Projects & Assets Team.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in in a related field as well as possess high level administration and support skills including; preparing minutes and agendas, advanced word processing and computer proficiently, and knowledge and experience in administration for civil construction, infrastructure or roads projects.
You will be joining the team at an exciting time as the Town embarks on a culture of change with embracing of a wide range of new technologies, a large capitals works program, and a number of other projects that make the Town a desirable place to live and work.

Work Related Requirements
The preferred applicant will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol assessment to be considered for the role, as well as possess:

- Current 'C' class driver's license
