About the role:
The role of Manager, Talent Acquisition & Internal Payroll will see you become a crucial part of the leadership group with the opportunity to grow and develop your own team and contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the business. You will have a small team of two to start with as you support multiple businesses to enhance their talent pools, build workforce capacity and add value through strong recruitment activities and management.
About you:
To be considered for this role you will need:
- Demonstrate 8+ years’ experience in a similar role having experience within Talent Acquisition, recruitment and payroll
- Ideally a minimum 4 years’ experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Degree in Business Administration/ Management, Human Resources or similar; preferred yet not essential
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws, awards and regulations
- Proven experience in developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain personnel.
- Adept in the use and management of CRM / ATS systems.
