SalaryMARS Recruitment is teaming up with a leading provider of mid-tier professional services in search of a Manager for Tax Advisory to join their ranks. This role involves collaborating with private to large global corporations, offering expert Tax Advisory services across various areas such as structuring acquisitions and sales, corporate taxation, capital gains tax, employment taxes, taxation due diligence, and in-depth analysis and interpretation of tax legislation. We're specifically seeking an individual with experience in Australian tax.

Responsibilities:
- Providing clients with guidance on complex tax issues and crafting effective tax strategies
- Guiding clients through tax planning, compliance, and reporting requirements
- Taking the lead on tax due diligence efforts for mergers, acquisitions, and corporate reorganizations
- Thoroughly researching and analysing tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risk
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional service and proactive communication
Criteria:
- 5+ years experience in Tax Advisory under Australian law
- Experience in providing income tax advice related to corporate tax, CGT, personal income tax, and international tax
- Completed a Master's degree in Law or Taxation
- Strong technical tax knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills
