About the roleThe Manager TSA (Transitional Services Agreement) Operations is responsible for the governance, operations management, and delivery of essential transitional services, to facilitate the seamless divestment of Suncorp Bank from the Suncorp Group. The Manager TSA Operations plays a critical role in managing the operational processes which support the Transition Services Agreements (TSAs), covering a broad range of business and IT services. Spanning up to five years, these TSAs require robust internal and external stakeholder engagement to ensure effective provision of services.What you'll do

• Operations Management of key stakeholders to effectively deliver transitional services and manage any issues impacting operational performance.
• Acting as the main point of contact for daily operational tasks to ensure the effective delivery of services as specified in the TSAs.
• Monthly Reporting including timely delivery of robust monthly management reporting in line with SGL's legal obligations to SML / ANZ etc.
• Ensure operational processes are documented and maintained, to ensure clarity for all stakeholders.
• Make operational decisions based on a risk assessment to ensure risks are identified, mitigated when necessary, and that TSA Operations stays within its risk appetite.
• Facilitation of governance forums, fostering effective collaboration and decision-making.

What you'll bring

• 10+ years' experience in operations, projects or service delivery within an APRA regulated environment.
• 5+ years' experience managing complex relationships underpinned by contractual obligations.
• 2+ years' experience facilitating governance and risk management forums.
• 5+ years' experience in a similar leadership role well regarded.
• Regulatory knowledge including understanding of Legislative, regulatory and code or practice requirements impacting Suncorp as a Group (e.g., Privacy Act, Trade Practices legislation, ASIC policy / APRA prudential standards, etc.).
• Proven ability to produce and present effective presentations to deliver messages to senior management.
