Role:
The role of the OOHC Team Leader is a key position within the organisation. It is responsible for overseeing the day to day running of OOHC houses and all of its staff. You will have support workers reporting into you each day and you will be providing guidance to them as well as interacting with the residents. There will be a requirement to hire staff when needed and provide supervision to all staff. It is a really interesting role and will require someone with a good attitude and someone who is very flexible.
Selection Criteria:
In order to be selected for this role you will require:
• Degree in Social Work or other relevant tertiary education
• Two years of management experience within the community services sector
• High Level Interpersonal, conflict resolution, assessment and problem solving
skills
• Understanding of working with children and young people within OOHC,
specifically within the residential care setting.
• Current Working with Children Check and National Police Check
• Current NSW Driver’s License
