We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Technical Services Manager to join our team in Warwick. This role will advise on improvements and optimisation of the current manufacturing processes within Integria, whilst executing Manufacturing strategic plans and projects.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Assist the Warwick manufacturing site to trouble shoot and resolve root causes regarding manufacturing problems due to raw material, formulation, and technology issues.
- Manage the analysis of Validation data, preparation of Validation protocols and reports and make recommendations for changes.
- Manage NPD trials, formulations, and site process improvements.
- Manage the technology transfer for commercial production of new products.
- Research and advise on new processes that would improve the performance and margin of existing of new products.
- Manage the formulation processes for new tablets, powders, capsules and liquid products.
- Review all Manufacturing formulations and BRFs to ensure alignment with Product Specifications and Master Formulas.
- SME for Manufacturing issues across OSD, Liquids and Packaging.
- Provide coaching and mentoring support to own team and Warwick staff.
The Person
We are seeking someone who has the following skills and experience:
- Formal qualifications in Science or Engineering.
- Strong understanding of project management principles.
- Demonstrated logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to visualise mechanical systems.
- Understanding in Quality, Validation, Regulatory Affairs and Basic Laboratory Testing.
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
- Strong skills in word and excel (Medium to Strong).
- Experience with ERP systems.
