About the Role
This is a unique opportunity for a passionate, Marine & nature Guide to join the Outback Spirit team sharing our love of the Coburg Peninsula with our guests. You will also be called on for all sorts of things when not out on tour – we are a team and if there’s something that needs doing we pitch in and help out. There is variety, the ability to utilise your expertise and learn new things.
This is a rare opportunity to live and work in the striking untouched wilderness of the most northern point of NT. We don’t advertise often, most of our staff come back season after season so this is one worth exploring. Onsite accommodation and food is supplied within staff camp, there is even a pristine palm fringed creek, the perfect swimming hole! About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- The ability to start ASAP
- A true passion for sharing knowledge
- A commitment to supporting traditional owners and indigenous communities and engaging with guests in an intimate small group tour
- You pride yourself on delivering the best standards of guest service, ensuring our guests leave us with lasting memories
- High levels of interpersonal and communication skills
Requirements
- You have an HR license and are skilled in driving over 4WD terrain in our 4WD coaches
- You hold a senior first aid certification
- You have the desire to be able to say you work in Australia’s Outback with some of the best kept secrets in the World!
- You currently reside in Australia with valid working rights
