MARINE PERSONNEL OFFICER - CREWING COORDINATOR  - 12 MONTH CONTRACT

We are seeking applications from experienced Crewing Coordinator / Scheduler to join our team. 

This role offers both autonomy and collaborative working environments, along with a hybrid office / work from home arrangement.

Key Responsibilities (includes but not limited to): 

• Management of crew roster, using out personnel management system, acting on crewing and planning changes required from vessel and shore management teams.
• Managing all logistical requirements around joining / departing the offshore facility
• Maintaining accurate personnel electronic records of marine and production personnel
• Maintain an effective communication medium with all personnel
• OPMS Experience Highly Regarded

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Strong self-starter, results, and solutions driven approach required
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills coupled with the ability to build successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all aspects of work output
• Ability to handle data with confidentiality 
• Maritime Experience Highly Regarded
