THE OPPORTUNITY
As the Market Access Project Manager for ANZ, you will be working with high performing multi-disciplinary teams, to identify, develop, and achieve funding and reimbursement for key product portfolios across the Johnson & Johnson MedTech franchises.
You will report to the Associate Director for Health Economics Market Access at Johnson & Johnson MedTech (JJMT) ANZ, contributing to the development of Market Access strategies and plans specific to business projects, whilst supporting HEMA team members on projects across the JJMT franchises. You will develop PL applications, MSAC and DRG HTA/reimbursement applications, inclusive of relevant documentation collation.
You will be the key subject matter expert responsible for educating internal teams on local Market Access barriers and/or opportunities by gathering information on clinical benefits, health outcomes and cost implications of the JJMT product portfolio.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Health Economics & Market Access
- Identify, develop, and achieve funding and reimbursement success related to key product portfolios across the Johnson & Johnson MedTech (JJMT) franchises.
- Provide clear and accurate written and verbal communication of JJMT Market Access processes and respective government deadlines specific to aligned projects.
- Execute on business project reimbursement plans and activities with completion of HTA application sections and submission of PL applications.
- Execute on maintaining product/billing code listings on the PL in collaboration with marketing and regulatory affairs teams.
- Develop and disseminate health economic tools to support business projects aligned to key technologies.
- Support RWE analysis across the spectrum of available data specific to medical devices and ANZ healthcare systems, namely AIHW, state based procedural datasets and local health district data.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Act as an ambassador for HEMA within the local business but also with global and regional HEMA teams.
- Work closely with regulatory affairs, medical/clinical affairs, marketing, strategic customer group, government affairs & policy, and other key internal JJMT teams in the creation, alignment and implementation of strategic Market Access information and data generation plans/activities for new technologies.
