About the role
Reporting directly to the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role within the busy team to support and ensure the smooth operations of all marketing processes. Handling administration tasks, facilitating communication and support the various aspects of the business.
Key duties:
- Attending marketing meetings, taking notes and annotations
- Maintaining documentation, including customer data bases
- Collating data and formulating presentations as required by the Sales and Marketing managers
- Coordinating events and prepare all relevant material needed
Skills & experience required:
- 2+ years in a Admin or Marketing Admin role
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Ability to work as part of a team and have a ‘can-do attitude’
- Experience using Mailchimp, Canva and Survey Monkey is a bonus
