We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing and Admin Assistant to join our team at AUTORE's Head Office. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing and administrative functions of our brand. You will be working closely with our Marketing Manager to execute marketing campaigns and provide administrative support to various departments.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Help with the creation of marketing materials, such as social media posts, emails, and marketing collateral.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Manage our social media accounts and engage with followers.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments, including scheduling, data entry, and filing.
- Assist with event planning and coordination.
- Website management
- EDM management
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices
- Prior marketing or administrative experience is a plus
