A little bit about the role:- Supporting the implementation of Local Area Marketing campaign strategies in NSW/VIC, aligned to positive brand awareness, stakeholder engagement and customer growth
- Operating as a trusted business partner within the Service Delivery stakeholders
- Delivering Local Area Marketing tactics in response to organisational priorities and campaign objectives
- Delivering innovative events to achieve positive engagement within Local Area disability community and referral networks
- Identifying, negotiating and activating on Local Area sponsorship and partnership opportunities
- Building and maintaining trusted, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders
- Providing on-the-ground support for fundraising, lotteries and Service Design activations that require community engagement or media support
- Developing and implementing effective planning, reporting and dashboards to track activity and performance across Local Area Marketing activities
What will you bring:- Marketing experience across traditional and digital marketing channels
- Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline including Marketing, Business or Communications
- Demonstrated experience in the implementation of marketing strategies that are strategically aligned with marketing and organisational goals
- Experience designing and delivering community events, including managing risk and contingencies
- Budget management experience
- Thorough knowledge of marketing principles and best practices within a large organisation
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyse, and disseminate data to draw insights and apply to future activity
- Experience and a keen interest in capturing and editing content â photography, video, storytelling
