The Company

Our client is a national association providing training, education and events for professionals within Australia. The company is located in the CBD, close to public transport with lots of flexibility to WFH.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will play a crucial role in assisting in the development and delivery of annual events and marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities will include:

Other duties will include but not be limited to:

• Coordinate the processing of invoices for marketing activities
• Track and report on membership and event campaigns
• Contribute to the monthly Marketing and Communications Report
• Coordinate advertising for events, including liaising with external parties
• Develop assets for websites, digital advertising, print, videos, eDMs, and social media content
• Update website content via CMS as directed
• Maintain business relationships with all stakeholders
• Partake in other general administrative duties as required

As the ideal candidate you will have:

• Proven experience in a marketing coordinator/advisor position in a fast paced environment
• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing (or similar)
• Ability to manage end to end communications, Marketing and promotional activities
• Experience with Google Award, Google Analytics, website and event management software
• A passionate and positive attitude to represent and promote their brand
• Ability to build relationships and manage key stakeholders
