Marketing And Communications Officer

Fantastic opportunity within healthcare based organisation based in Coburg for a Marketing and Communications professional with strong digital experience to join on a 9 month fixed term contract. This position is encompassed by all-rounder skills in Marketing, Digital and Communications and the capacity to increase community engagement through paid campaigns, marketing activities and stakeholder engagement skills.

Client Details

My client is a healthcare based organisation in the northern suburbs, whom provide multiple health based services for an array of different community groups promoting health and wellness for nearly 50 years.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating communications and marketing campaigns projects for different teams.
• Developing content (writing and sourcing photos/video) and publishing communications material (social media, website, intranet) to promote service initiatives.
• Social media campaigns, both organic and paid experience on Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Event support and coordination on an ad hoc basis.
• Internal stakeholder/supplier liaison and coordination including: creative agencies, designers, printers and copywriters as required.
• Google Ad Campaigns: creating and analysing engagement on google analytics.
• Coordinating communications and marketing projects, including newsletters, EDMs etc.
• Responding to internal and external enquiries through the dedicated communications channels.
• Admin responsibilities (ad hoc).

Profile

Successful Candidate:

• 3-5 years experience in Marketing, Communications and/or Content.
• Experience in the public sector is desirable but not essential.
• Strong knowledge and experience implementing social media campaigns and paid advertising.
• Proficient in campaign coordination and implementing google advertising.
• Experience in analysing campaigns (google analytics) and providing ideas for improvement from insights.
• Strong stakeholder management experience and capacity to liaise with cross-functional teams, as well as the community in which the organisation serves.
• A positive attitude and ability to be cross-collaborative with dynamic teams.
