Prime Performance Physiotherapy (PPP) | Administration/Reception

Full time role - hybrid work options available for the right candidate

About Us: 

PPP is an Allied Health business with 30 facilities Australia wide. Our Physiotherapists work alongside Exercise Physiologists, Podiatrists and Dietitians in gyms and medical centres across Queensland. 

We are looking for a receptionist and medical assistant to support PPP in running our physio business. 

Prime Performance Physiotherapy is passionate about our client’s care, providing an exceptional level of service and upholding our team culture and work environment.


Role and Responsibilities

Daily Tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Greeting patients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Calls & email monitoring and appropriate actioning
  • Schedule appointments for patients
  • Promoting the clinic through liaising with specialists and community groups
  • Managing the Physiotherapist's and Exercise Physiologist’s diaries
  • Calling and engaging hot and cold leads to book them into the relevant Allied Health service
  • Processing payments and invoicing
  • Developing personnel policies
  • Ensuring practice adheres to government guidelines
  • Stock Management
  • Data entry
  • Ensure a clean and a well-presented clinic environment 

Essential Criteria:

  • Administration management and receptionist experience essential
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Calls experience desirable 
  • Prior Allied Health experience desirable but not essential
  • Friendly and warm personality
  • Well-presented and professional
  • Highly organised and self-motivated
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Enjoys working and engaging with clients and staff
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Initiative and problem solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to use computer & IT software programs (following training)

This is a front of house role so requires a bright, bubbly and professional person with organisation skills and a can-do attitude, providing reception and administrative support to the business. To be successful in this role you will possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills to deal with customers across our business with a friendly and mature approach.
