Moreland Orthopaedic & Sports Clinic (MOSC) is a vibrant physiotherapy practice specialising in post surgical rehabilitation, musculoskeletal and sports injury management. Located within a busy orthopaedic surgeons rooms, we are a small practice committed to clinical excellence and uncompromising patient care and have been practicing since 2007.
The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic receptionist with a passion for providing excellent customer service. Being the first point of contact for our clinic, you'll play an essential role in creating a welcoming and caring atmosphere for our patients. The role may be casual or part-time, and will involve 15-20 hours/week with completely flexible days and shifts to be negotiated. A perfect fit for a part time uni student or parent looking for work within school hours!!
Tasks & responsibilities
- Greeting and attending to patients at reception.
- Answering phone calls in a friendly and professional manner.
- Scheduling patient appointments.
- Processing payments (EFTPOS, HICAPS, cash).
- Invoicing, scanning and filing documents.
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and emails.
- Assisting in maintaining the cleanliness of the clinc.
- Liasing with patients and their families in a friendly and caring manner.
- Adhering with confidentiality and privacy regulations.
About You
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- An energetic, friendly and caring personality required!
- Excellent communication, interpersonal & organisational skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills.
- A positive and proactive attitude!
