Marketing And Creative Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Digital Marketing and Creative Assistant to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our online presence and engage with our audience across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Website Updates: Regularly update and maintain the content on our websites to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Social Media Management: Manage our social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments, and engaging with our audience.
• Basic Design: Assist in creating visual content for our website and social media platforms, including graphics, images, and videos.
• Client Communication: Communicate with clients via email, phone, and social media to address inquiries, provide assistance, and maintain positive relationships.
• Mailchimp EDMs: Create and distribute email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp, including designing templates, writing content, and analysing performance metrics.
• Basic Reporting: Compile and maintain basic reports on key performance indicators to track progress and inform decision-making.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in website content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and social media platforms.
• Proficiency in social media planning tools such as Planoly 
• Proficient knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
• Strong knowledge of Mailchimp 
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously, and as part of a team 
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.

Ideally, we would be looking for someone to work from our Tweed Heads office from Monday to Friday, 9am until 2pm. Or similar.
