Job Description
This role is integral to enhancing the productivity of South Sydney’s Director in Charge and the broader Industrial Sales and Leasing business. Based in the Mascot office, a core focus of this position is to help the business to win more work from existing clients and create brand loyalty to Colliers International.
Some of your key responsibilities will include the following:
- Prepare major submissions and marketing materials, including presentations, pitches, proposals, capability statements, graphics, and visual imagery.
- Prepare various sales and marketing collateral, including copywriting, formatting, managing approvals, arranging printing and distribution to greater team.
- Develop working relationships with external creative agencies to ensure each commercial project is effectively delivered with guidance from client.
- Prepare media schedules and budgets for campaigns and regularly report on its effectiveness and performance.
- Coordinate photo shoots and video shoots, including scheduling filming on site, writing scripts, gathering relevant feedback and approvals, and pushing final output on relevant platforms.
- Manage and prioritise multi-layered projects, whilst effectively communicating progress back to the Director in Charge and clients.
- Assist with business development activities including ongoing team marketing, public relations, and client engagement events.
Some of the skills and experience you may bring to this role include:
- Experience working with the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop.
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within the property industry.
- High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of formatting and design.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills at all levels.
