The Role
As Projectick continues to grow, we're excited to welcome a Marketing and Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team.
As the Marketing and Administration Assistant, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience while supporting our marketing efforts and ensuring efficient administrative operations. This role is perfect for a proactive university student seeking real-world exposure in a professional environment, however, would also suit someone with some Marketing and Administration experience looking for a part time role
Working 2 to 3 days per week at our office in South Brisbane, you will provide the following support to the business as directed by the Operations Manager:
- Marketing Support:
- Assist with managing the company website and Linkedin content.
- Assist with preparing marketing materials (brochures, presentations, etc.).
- Assist with any events and presentations.
- Administrative Duties:
- Handle general office tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Assist with scheduling and calendar management.
- Assist with coordinating travel arrangements for team members.
- Assist with document management.
- Assist with coordinating meetings, both internal and external.
- Any other tasks as required by the Operations Manager.
About you
- Currently enrolled as a university student (preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field), or previous experience in Marketing and Administration.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to learn.
- Gain practical experience in Marketing and Administration.
- Paid day off on your birthday.
- Flexible work hours to accommodate your studies or other commitments, ideally 2-3 days per week.
