About Bada Global: Bada Global has established itself as a leader in international education, with a network spanning 59 offices across 38 countries. We are dedicated to facilitating the educational aspirations of international students worldwide. Our team is at the heart of our success, comprised of skilled professionals including registered Migration Agents and Qualified Education Agent Counsellors (QEAC). We are now looking to expand our dynamic team with a new Marketing and Student Services Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- General Office Care: Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment, including answering phone calls, directing calls to appropriate personnel, and greeting clients.
- Email Management: Handle general inquiries via email and forward them to the relevant department or staff member.
- International Student Counselling: Provide guidance and support to international students (note: training will be provided for this aspect of the role).
- Marketing Project Support: Assist in the planning and execution of various marketing projects and events.
- Social Media Engagement: Manage and create occasional posts for our social media platforms, enhancing our online presence and engagement.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Language Proficiency: Must possess native-level fluency in Spanish and a fluent command of English.
- Administrative Expertise: Demonstrated experience in administrative roles, showcasing your ability to efficiently handle office responsibilities.
- Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational capabilities and adeptness at managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Communication Proficiency: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and effective interaction.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or roles that involve direct client interaction, emphasising a customer-centric approach.
- Marketing Acumen: A strong interest in Marketing and event planning, with a desire to contribute creatively and strategically.
- Digital Literacy: Familiarity with social media and digital marketing strategies is desirable, though not mandatory.
- Team-Oriented Attitude: A proactive approach to work and a readiness to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
