Job description
- Organise and create Marketing and promotional materials that comply with VET legislation and align with marketing strategy.
- Regular visits to Agents and keep them informed about recent updates regularly.
- Promote training products with a strong emphasis on customer service.
- Review agent applications, establish agreements, oversee their signing, conduct agent surveys, and monitor agent performance on a routine basis.
- Report new agent appointments and terminations to ASQA after approval from the PEO.
- Supervise digital content, including social media and website promotions, to reach specific target audiences.
- Define marketing strategies and implement them to engage with agents and Students.
- Lead the marketing team and provide training on the full range of our courses.
- Always prioritise the safety of students and ensure their well-being is never compromised.
- Conduct yourself in a professional and ethical manner, fostering an inclusive environment free from discrimination and harassment.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in administrative areas and ensure proper housekeeping.
- Stay informed about the ESOS Framework and other regulatory requirements relevant to the college and its students.
- Perform general administrative tasks and provide support to students as on when required.
