Are you someone that is passionate about marketing and events? Are you currently studying a marketing degree and looking to use your skills?
With this role, you will be the go-to team member for all things marketing administration. You will assist with planning and implementations for all things branding, social and events based.
Here’s what you’ll focus on:
- Provide content for newsletters and social media blasts
- Create, edit, and coordinate property marketing campaign material including website content, brochures and client correspondence
- Prepare high quality submission documents and client presentations
- Team support will include diary management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, events setup and other ad hoc tasks
- Assist with the set-up for events, functions, and client presentations
- Database updating and management
Your background:
- Currently studying or recently graduated from a marketing degree
- Demonstrated experience in a similar administrative, team or operations and marketing support role
- Experience writing media releases and newsletters
- Experience updating social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn)
- Experience using Wordpress
- Highly organised and problem-solving skills, effectively handling and prioritising multiple tasks to meet deadlines
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong attention to detail
