About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Marketing Assistant to join our Head Office located in O'Connor, WA!
The Marketing Assistant’s primary focus within the group is to effectively support, implement and maintain the vision of the Head of Marketing through the coordination of marketing activities and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Operations Coordinator's responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate trade campaigns to promote products, store locations, and suppliers.
- Coordinate the implementation of instore experiences and major external events.
- Work collaboratively with the Digital Marketing Coordinator and Graphic Designers to coordinate and collate content. Drive website traffic and conversions.
- Maintain the catalogue process and support category messaging by working with the creative designer, print supplier and distributor.
- Drive higher levels of customer engagement through customer centric eDMs and the Spudshed App communications.
- Coordinate membership acquisition initiatives to attract higher numbers of eDM recipients and App users.
- Respond to social media customer messaging, public reviews and comments.
- Manage weekly internal communications via an internal communication platform.
- Regularly monitor instore POS compliance
- Execute a team recognition program.
- Interpret competitor strategies and consumer behaviour.
- Ensure that the Galati Group brands are portrayed in a positive manner.
- Provide objective feedback to the Head of Marketing that will benefit customer satisfaction.
- Inform Head of Marketing of reoccurring issues.
- Adhere to Company Policies and Procedures
