About Your Role- Reporting weekly directly to our Business Development Manager
- You'll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless digital marketing operations and excellent patient communications
- Adhoc Administrative Role, in helping our Front Office Coordinator
- Future scope to work from home part-time
Administrative Support
- Assisting the Business Development Manager and practice with various administrative tasks
Diary Booking Management 📖
- Efficiently scheduling and preparing appointments liaising directly with new and existing patients
Digital Management
- Establishing and updating digital planning boards, (Monday /Trello) along with handling monthly reporting for the marketing department. (Training will be subsidised with our CRM software)
Social Media Management in our CRM
- Develop and execute a content strategy for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok. Creating a weekly schedule for fresh digital content for a strong online presence.
- Photography and videography content and editing skills on iphone and SLR to create high-quality, video content such in the form of Facebook ads, reels, Tiktok, stories, promotional videos, client testimonials, and educational materials.
- Monitor social media trends and implement innovative ideas to increase engagement and reach.
Effective Communication
- Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
