The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing team in executing various strategies and campaigns across several brands. This role is ideal for a highly organised individual who is passionate about marketing and eager to contribute to our success. You will be equally comfortable sharing your ideas and collaborating with the wider team and also working autonomously to manage your own responsibilities.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with the implementation of the national marketing plan across multiple brands and channels
- Provide marketing support and guidance to franchisees
- Creation and publication of marketing material
- Manage Marketing administration tasks including updating databases, social media monitoring and campaign and event admin
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field and / or experience in a franchise based environment viewed favourably but not essential
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role or internship
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Part time – 20-25 hours per week across 4-5 days. School hours OK.
- Familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media platforms) is desirable
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative
Hours and Compensation:
Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
