A bit about you:

• You'll have demonstrated experience in a hands-on Marketing Automation role (financial services or travel an advantage).
• You'll possess strong customer journey mapping and lifecycle management skills.
• You'll demonstrate project management skills. The ability to prioritize tasks, set timelines, track progress, and report on results is second nature to you.
• You'll showcase stakeholder engagement skills. You’ll know how to connect and build relationships with people across the business (Sales, Product, IT, Risk, Operations) to deliver on key initiatives.
• You'll demonstrate commercial acumen. The ability to influence through data and evidence-based thinking.
• You'll be a team player. You know how to stay positive under pressure and can bring a sense of fun to work every day.
• You’ll have a degree level of education in Marketing or related discipline

A bit about the Job:

• You'll drive the Marketing Automation programme of work across both customer (B2C) and partner (B2B) channels.
• You'll create lifecycle journeys that reduce customer and partner effort, deepen relationships, and achieve sales targets.
• You'll deliver acquisition, engagement, and service campaigns and initiatives to achieve sales or customer value outcomes.
• You'll own end-to-end campaign execution in Salesforce Marketing Cloud including campaign, asset, and data build, test/QA, optimization, and reporting.
