About you

 The ideal candidate will have:   

• a Bachelor's Degree or higher qualification and a minimum of two years relevant work experience. At least 5 years of relevant experience may substitute for a formal qualification.
• Experience in and certifications on the below Salesforce Marketing Automation tools (any from):
  • Marketing Cloud
  • Pardot
  • Datorama
  • Interaction Studio
  • Salesforce CDP
• Trailhead & Self Study, Certifications
• Customer service experience in a consulting environment
• Clear, concise and proactive communication skills written and verbal
• Pride in quality of work and deliverables 

About the role

The Marketing Automation Consultant role is responsible for the end to end delivery of Marketing Automation projects, which could include Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Datorama, Interaction Studio & CDP, using a variety of technologies and skills. The role operates in apseudo-agile delivery framework and consists of projects of varying sizes across multiple systems and clients.

  • Daily Stand Ups
  • Delivering User Stories
  • QA Testing User Stories
  • Documenting Delivered User Stories
  • Providing User Story Testing Guidance
  • User Story UAT Feedback Resolution

• Client Training
• Subscriber Dataloading
• Launch/Go-Live & First Campaign
• Configuration of Salesforce items based on case requests
• Be the go-to for timely troubleshooting and managing challenges with customer systems
• Provide proactive communication directly with customers to gather additional information or validate requirements
• Create ways to engage with customers through conducting small/ad hoc sessions on requirements gatherings, solutions playbacks etc
• In conjunction with Solution Engineers and Project Management team, ensure delivery of mini-projects with assistance of solution design, project management and reporting
• Provide Technical Contribution to Projects through the delivery of assigned user story items within a larger project
• Ensure accurate Time logging and attendance and contribution to relevant team meetings   
• Take personal ownership and accountability for personal development of Salesforce products and services (Trailhead, Partner Learning Camp etc)
