Purpose of the RoleThe Marketing Centre of Excellence team is responsible for building the EnergyAustralia Brand in line with our strategy and developing initiatives and campaigns to drive awareness of our brand, customer proposition, products, and services to generate leads into internal sales channels. We have a dynamic 12-month role for a Campaign Lead to join the team based in our head office on Collins Steet. The Campaign Lead will contribute to the Marketing activity plan for the Customer audiences. The plan will feature integrated activities, across media, targeted digital and 1:1 channels to ensure we meet our leads and sales targets and optimise our Marketing investment. As a team with strategic and commercial responsibility, all activity must be business-based and considerate of balancing the volume of our customer accounts with the value of our customer profitability. How you can support the energy transition To be successful in this role, you will have experience managing multi-channel Marketing Campaigns, ideally within the energy/utilities industry or similar highly regulated environments. Previous customer acquisition and retention experience, along with experience executing above-the-line and below-the-line campaign activity including through TV, radio, OOH, eDM, DM and digital marketing channels will ensure you will hit the ground running. Other attributes and skills we are looking for include: Undergraduate degree in Marketing or Commerce. Excellent communication, analytical and project management skills. Experience working in an agile delivery environment. Excellent prioritisation and time-management skills An excellent relationship builder, able to network easily and work collaboratively.
