Marketing Co-ordinator

The perfect role for a multi-tasking, marketing chameleon who loves to wear different hats and work broadly across changing roles and responsibilities with a range of clever, exciting brands and teams in the beauty industry.

What Will You Be Doing?
In an exciting role that can feel like it changes by the day, you will join the Marketing Team in delivering marketing objectives including:

• Assisting in the delivery of marketing and brand objectives and strategy
• Sourcing, quoting and management of marketing, packaging and POS material
• Coordination and planning of domestic and international events and exhibitions
• Liaising with suppliers, distributors, partners and printers
• Supporting internal and external partners (sales team, clients)
• Assisting in the strategy and execution of digital marketing plans including: social media and website management
• Location, talent and new supplier, production opportunity scouting
• Execution of marketing deliverables and materials – proof reading, editing, creative thinking and idea creation

Non-Negotiables

• 1+ years experience in a Marketing Coordinator or similar role.
• Based in Sydney Olympic Park, we'll need you to be in the office full-time. That means no remote office or outsourced agencies will be considered.
