The role of Marketing Co-ordinator sits within a small, dynamic and collaborative Marketing Team, reporting to the Marketing Manager. You will thrive in writing content, developing marketing materials, executing campaigns and running events. KILIMANJARO CONSULTING is an entity within the listed Enprise Group [ENS]. We are Australasia's largest implementer of the MYOB Enterprise suite of software solutions, including MYOB Exo, MYOB Advanced (Acumatica) and MYOB Advanced Payroll. We have a large Trans-Tasman (AU/NZ) team with opportunities for career advancement within both countries.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing
- Support the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and manage marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative teams, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
- Assist with the organisation and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Help create marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, videos, and presentations.
- Basic copywriting and proofreading
- Generate content with a strong focus on accuracy and relevance to the target reader
- Manage and update the company's website.
- Support the team with any other administrative tasks as needed.
Event marketing
- Plan and execute marketing events and webinars.
- Coordinate the marketing event calendar.
- Coordinate logistics, including event timelines, vendor management, and budget tracking.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to track and report on campaign performance.
- Work with the creative team to develop event materials.
- Drive attendance to events through targeted marketing campaigns and outreach
Email marketing
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that engage customers, drive revenue growth, and increase brand awareness.
- Optimise email marketing campaigns for maximum engagement and conversion rates.
- Monitor and report on email marketing campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales and product teams to create relevant and interesting content for the reader.
- Assist with mailing list maintenance.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in marketing or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of task/project management and applicable software such as Basecamp / Monday.com.
- Knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRM.
