We stock Australia wide and globally to several thousand stockists including well known online retailers such as Showpo, Petal & Pup, Runway Scout and Mura Boutique, to name a few.

We are currently seeking a passionate E-commerce Marketing Co-ordinator to manage, develop and grow our online platform as well as execute on marketing strategies and projects. Role Requirements:

• Planning and executing strategies and direction towards marketing team objectives 
• Outlining short term and long term goals that align with yearly marketing plan
• Working on a range of marketing projects to promote conversion and international growth of online platform
• Managing the company's online website on Magento platform by refining operations to achieve sales targets, consistently improving overall design and functionality as well as ensuring accurate inventory levels
• Planning, sourcing, creating, executing creative direction on seasonal campaigns, look books and fortnightly E-commerce photoshoots
• Generating creative graphics to use across marketing promotions
• Implementing digital strategy across SEO and paid ads channels
• Strategic planning through in depth data analysis and reporting to help inform future decisions

What are we looking for?

• Good eye for detail and confident in creating a strong aesthetic that aligns with our brand
• Ability to execute ideas for content creation from end to end
• Effectively promoting products through marketing strategies to increase conversion
• Strong understanding of the creative process and concepts of editing, retouching, finishing and presentation
• Knowledgable of marketing strategies and how to utilise them to reach company goals and targets
• Engaging copyrighting skills
• Being disciplined, able to work both independently and collaboratively
• Ability to adapt with the fast paced environment of fashion and ever changing trends in marketing
• Excellent time management skills, must be reliable and efficient, ability to prioritise and multitask in order to meet deadlines

Experience/Skills Required:

• At least 2-3 years experience in a fashion marketing strategy role
• Degree in digital marketing course or relevant field
• Skilled in the use of Adobe Suite programs, particularly Photoshop and InDesign
