Morphettville Racecourse is proud to be South Australia’s largest and premier racing club, playing host to more than 40 days of racing action throughout the year. It’s an exciting time to join the team, with the imminent opening of our best-in-class, $21m Event Centre, we are currently shaping a new future where Morphettville is set to be elevated from a venue to a true community; and a renowned must-visit asset to South Australia featuring, but extending beyond, horse racing.

About this opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This newly created role is pivotal in executing Morphettville’s marketing and brand strategies across various channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, enhancing brand equity, creating aspirational customer experiences, and contributing to the overall success of Morphettville as a premier entertainment destination in South Australia.

Your Role:

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will:

• Develop and implement dynamic marketing strategies for our event destination.

• Craft compelling narratives to position Morphettville as the ultimate choice for unforgettable experiences.

• Execute captivating marketing and communications output for a variety of events, initiatives, and audiences.

• Contribute to the integrity of our website, ensuring a seamless online experience.

• Assist in the planning and execution of above and below the line promotional campaigns including working with internal and external stakeholders as well as agencies

What We're Looking For:

Experience: 3-5 years in marketing and communications, with a focus on digital and social expertise.

Creativity: Bring your flair for marketing and promotional activations, copywriting, and customer engagement to enhance the allure of our event destination.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience in photography and video editing is a plus.

Collaborative Spirit: Foster a teamwork philosophy, achieve KPIs, and lead by example.
