This is a critical role within our organization and as such we're seeking a customer service professional with previous administration experience in a professional environment.

Your duties will include:
- Providing end-to-end customer service and administrative support to our growing team
- Providing administrative support to the sales and operations teams
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Delivering excellent customer service and client care
- Data entry and systems administration
- Coordinate bookings of photographers & Marketing
- Communication with Vendors, Purchasers, Conveyancers and suppliers
- Preparation of Contracts, reviewing Form 1's and following through to unconditional then settlement.
Ideally you will be/have:
- Previous experience in real estate is a distinct advantage
- Previous experience in a similar role within a professional services environment
- A role model of great customer service!
- Fully conversant with technology applications as well as very adaptable to learn the leading edge Ray White technology platform
- Ability to co-ordinate a range of administrative tasks at any one time
- Competent in attending to all facets of the administration responsibilities of the office, assisting the business owners to implement good sound systems and procedures to stream line business processes
- Capable of exceptional database management
- Experienced in multi-tasking and highly organized.
