We are seeking a self motivated person to join our dynamic real estate organisation at our Mitcham Office.
We envisage the successful applicant will have a sound background in sales support ideally as a general ‘all rounder’ in real estate with excellent word processing skills and be familiar with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, Multi Array or similar data base programmes. The role will require you to liaise with internal staff, conveyancers/solicitors, clients and suppliers so you will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly telephone manner.

Key duties include:
- Contract preparation
- Uploading properties to the internet
- Assisting with Social Media content
- File management
